1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By purchasing a ticket through, you (“Ticket Holder”) agree to the following terms set by Same Same But Different LLC (“Organizer”).
2. ALL SALES FINAL – NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be granted for any reason, including personal conflicts, illness, weather, or dissatisfaction. Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
3. EVENT CHANGES & CANCELLATION
Organizer reserves the right to change lineup, schedule, venue, or any aspect of the event without issuing refunds. If canceled and not rescheduled, Organizer may offer refunds or credits at its sole discretion. No refunds will be issued for force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions).
4. LIABILITY & RISK
Ticket Holder assumes all risks associated with attending live events. Organizer, venue, and affiliates are not liable for personal injury, illness, theft, or damages.
5. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
Ticket Holder agrees not to dispute charges with their bank. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in legal action and banning from future events.
6. ENTRY & CONDUCT
A valid ticket does not guarantee entry if Ticket Holder fails to meet venue requirements (e.g., intoxication, security refusal). Organizer may deny or eject attendees without refund.
8. MEDIA CONSENT
Ticket Holder grants Organizer permission to use their image in event-related media.
