Lemongrass at Dusk Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket to Lemongrass at Dusk, purchaser and guest agree to the following:
1. Admission
Each ticket is valid for one person only, for the specific date and seating time selected at purchase. A valid Same Same But Different festival admission credential is also required to access the experience and is not included with this ticket.
2. Arrival & Seating
Guests must arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled seating time. Seating begins promptly. Late arrivals may miss one or more courses, may not receive the full dining experience, and are not guaranteed accommodation at a later seating.
3. No Refunds
All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, including for late arrival, missed seating, schedule conflicts, change of plans, weather, or failure to obtain or maintain valid festival admission.
4. Menu & Substitutions
The advertised menu, ingredients, presentation, chef, and service format are subject to reasonable change based on ingredient availability, operational requirements, safety considerations, or other circumstances. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.
5. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
Guests are responsible for notifying the event of any food allergies or dietary restrictions during checkout or as otherwise requested. While reasonable efforts may be made to accommodate disclosed dietary needs, the kitchen handles multiple ingredients and cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or the absence of cross-contact.
Guests with severe or life-threatening food allergies should consider whether participation is appropriate for them.
6. Assumption of Risk
By attending, guests voluntarily assume the ordinary risks associated with attending a dining experience at an outdoor music festival, including risks related to food consumption, weather, uneven terrain, crowds, lighting, transportation within the venue, and other festival conditions.
7. Conduct & Removal
Guests must comply with all Same Same But Different festival rules, venue rules, staff instructions, and applicable laws. Management reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, abusive, intoxicated to the point of creating a safety concern, or otherwise interferes with the experience of other guests. No refund will be provided in such circumstances.
8. Event Changes or Cancellation
In the event a seating cannot occur due to circumstances within the event organizer's reasonable control, the organizer may, at its discretion, offer a replacement seating, ticket credit, or refund.
The event organizer is not responsible for delays, interruptions, changes, or cancellations caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including severe weather, governmental action, emergency conditions, venue restrictions, utility failures, public safety concerns, or other force majeure events.
9. Personal Property
Guests are responsible for their own belongings. Same Same But Different, Lemongrass at Dusk, ShopTickets, participating chefs, vendors, venue operators, and their respective affiliates are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
10. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, purchaser and guest agree to release and hold harmless Same Same But Different LLC, its affiliates, owners, employees, contractors, participating chefs, food vendors, venue operators, sponsors, and ticketing providers from claims arising from ordinary risks associated with attendance, except to the extent caused by gross negligence, willful misconduct, or where such liability cannot legally be waived.
11. Ticket Transfer & Resale
Tickets may not be duplicated, counterfeited, or used more than once. The organizer is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third parties. Admission may be refused if a ticket has previously been redeemed, canceled, refunded, reported fraudulent, or otherwise invalid.
12. Photography & Media
Guests understand that photography or video may take place during the experience. By attending, guests consent to incidental use of their image or likeness in festival-related photography, video, social media, or promotional materials, subject to applicable law.
13. Agreement to Terms
By completing the purchase, purchaser confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and are responsible for communicating them to any guest using a ticket purchased on their behalf.
